Dr. Chaunté Hall is a U.S. Air Force veteran, doctoral researcher, and strategic connector dedicated to building pathways of purpose—for service members, communities, and future leaders.
As Chief of Community Engagement at Port San Antonio, she leads efforts that unite industry, education, and government around innovation, workforce development, and inclusive economic growth. From spearheading strategic outreach initiatives to shaping policy conversations, she works to ensure that our region is not only forward-thinking but people-focused.
Dr. Chaunté is also the Co-Founder & CEO of Centurion Military Alliance, a national nonprofit empowering military families through transition education and vocational readiness. Her doctoral research on positionality and hope reveals how identity and mindset shape successful reintegration—and she now applies those insights across sectors to strengthen veteran outcomes, reduce systemic barriers, and foster lasting impact.
Beyond my formal roles, Dr. Chaunté serves on multiple nonprofit boards that support youth, education, and opportunity pipelines—because she believes that leadership is about legacy, not just leverage.
