Tami McVay, owner of One of the Few

Tami McVay is a former Marine, who is now a business strategist through her company, "One of the Few." After leaving the military, she continued to have the calling to serve, and spent her time volunteering with multiple organizations. "I wanted to help people," she says, "so I left and now I've had my own business for the last 10 years."

"Work is personal," says Tami, "and personal takes work. This is you and your life, and how can you shift your perspective to start doing bigger things, no matter where you're at and what your role is?"
