Episode 12: Kristen Davis

Kristen Davis is a third generation farmer.  Back in the 1960's, her grandfather started their Texas farm, growing and selling a variety of produce and supplying the country with food. Later in the 1990's, Kristen's father took over the farm and switched their main product to onions. They based this off of their family heritage and roots in Mexico.

"It's demanding, but it's also very rewarding," says Kristen, "It's been challenging but exciting to change with the business needs."
